User agreement of jimeds.ng

We hope you love using jimeds.ng. We really do. This document contains important information that you need to consider before making an important decision.

The following terms and conditions constitute an agreement between any person intending to use and/or using the jimeds.ng website (hereinafter referred to as the User) and jimeds.ng (hereinafter referred to as the Site) and related websites, applications and services provided by the Site and on/in which these Terms of Use are posted or referenced (collectively, the “Services”). The User must agree to and accept all of the terms of this Agreement, or the User doesn’t have the right to use the Services.

By using or otherwise accessing the Services and/or by creating an account, the User agrees to the terms of this Agreement. If the User does not agree with this Agreement, the User cannot use the Services.

Please note that we offer the Services “AS IS” and without warranties. If the User creates an account or uses the Services on behalf of an individual or entity other than himself, the User represents that he is authorized by such individual or entity to accept this Agreement on such individual’s or entity’s behalf.

Key Terms

Contractor - a set of networked electronic documents (files), united by a single design, theme and single address space of the jimeds.ng domain. The home page of the Site is available on the Internet at https://jimeds.ng.

Customer - a website User, legal entity or individual entrepreneur whose main activity is the provision of medical services, and collaborates with the jimeds.ng Service.

Customer representative - a website User, an employee of the Customer’s company or a person holding a power of attorney to represent the interests of the Customer has an individual accounting information for authorization with the right to post information about the Customer.

User - a person who has registered on the Site.

Client - an individual who has acquired and/or intends to acquire the services of the Customer with the help of the Contractor.

Order - an online application on the Site to the Contractor, the purpose of which is to book an appointment with the Customer’s specialist, as well as further process of the order and the Client’s appointment with the Customer’s specialist.

Order processing - the Contractor clarifies the reasons for the Client’s request, provides information on the nature and types of services rendered by the Customer, the place and time of clients reception by the Customer, and other information necessary for the Client.

Accepted order - an order that led to a consultation of the Client by the Customer’s specialist.

Announcements - information posted through the Customer’s Personal Account on https://jimeds.ng.

Services - information and advertising services that the Contractor provides to the Customer.

Customer services - medical services provided by the Customer to the Client.

Moderation - checking, editing information about the Customer and his specialists in order to provide truthful data, as well as to create literary and aesthetic appeal of information on the Site.

Authorization - the procedure for entering the Personal Account by entering the login and password created by the user upon registration.

Account - a unique username (login) and password for authorization of a user on the site.

User Personal Account - the user’s service section on the site, which is available only after authorization, gives the user access to his orders, editing personal information and the ability to provide testimonials.

Registration - a procedure for the User to fill out the information necessary to create an account. When registering, the user indicates his unique name (login) from the number of available for registration and password. Further user identification is based on login and password.

Site - the content of Web-pages located on the Internet on the jimeds.ng domain.

jimeds.ng service - a site, an online service organized at the Web address https://jimeds.ng.

GENERAL TERMS

1.1. The subject of this Agreement is the relationship between the Site and the User on the use of the Site and the Services posted on it.

1.2. This document is a standard form contract (offer), and if its terms are accepted, the person agrees and undertakes to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

1.3. If the User disagrees with the terms of this Agreement, the User is obliged to stop using the Site immediately.

1.4. In accordance with this Agreement, the Administration provides the User with information services on the use of the jimeds.ng Service, and the User undertakes to accept the Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

1.5. The User of the Site can be any competent individual or business entity duly registered by the state.

1.6. This Agreement can be changed by the Administration at any time unilaterally.

1.7. All messages, complaints, and any other correspondence sent to each other by the Parties are deemed to have been sent properly in electronic form using email messages, as well as in the form of messages within the site, provided for by its functional features.

1.8. Any use of the Site by the User in the absence of an agreement concluded between the Parties is illegal, the Administration is not responsible for the consequences of such use of the Site.

TERMS OF USE OF THE SITE BY USERS AND CLIENTS

2.1. User registration on the Site consists in filling in his unique login (email) from the number available for registration, password, accepting the terms of the this Agreement and further confirming access to the specified email address.

2.2. User registration procedure allows

2.2.1. To edit data about the User: full name, contact phone number, gender.

2.2.2. To change the password to access the User account.

2.2.3. To create a list of selected doctors and clinics.

2.2.4. To form applications for attendance to the specialists of the Customers.

2.2.5. To view the list of applications for attendance to the specialists of the Customers.

2.2.6. To cancel formed applications for attendance to the specialists of the Customers.

2.2.7. To leave testimonials about the specialists of the Customers based on their own experience, that is, visiting a specialist through jimeds.ng.

2.3. The User and the Client agree:

2.3.1. To enter their personal data into the Website User Database, to process their personal data by any means, namely to include in the databases, transfer their personal data to jimeds.ng and other third parties, in order to systematize, send out information of advertising and/or not advertising nature and/or any other purposes that do not contradict the legislation of Nigeria.

2.3.2. To receive by the Administration of the User confirmation about the fact of the reception or the reason for its cancellation, as well as the publication of the User testimonial on the Site on behalf of the User.

2.3.3. To receive relevant information about the Customer services, special offers and bonus programs, etc. to the User email (hereinafter in this Clause - “Services”). The User confirms that receiving information on his email is not spam. The User has the right to refuse Services at any time by contacting the Contractor Support Service by email indicated on the Site. The basis for the termination of the provision of Services to the User is the User Application, drawn up in the form established by the Contractor, which the User fills in and sends to the Contractor email. The time limit for consideration of the User Application by the Contractor, in this case, does not exceed 5 (five) business days from the date the Contractor receives the User Application.

2.4. The User may not:

2.4.1. Post and transmit in another way advertising information, computer codes designed to violate or limit the functionality of any computer hardware or programs.

2.4.2. Publish materials that were not created personally by the User, as well as if they infringe on the copyrights of third parties.

2.5. The User agrees:

2.5.1. To put true information in the User account, as well as make changes to the data specified in the User account with each change of this data.

TERMS OF USE OF THE SITE BY THE CUSTOMER

3.1. The procedure for posting information about the Customer on the Site consists of the following steps:

3.1.1. The signing of the Agreement on the provision of information services between the Customer and the Contractor.

3.1.2. Registration of the Customer and representatives of the Customer on the site as a User.

3.1.3. Providing and posting information about the Customer on the Site.

3.2. Customer Registration Rules on the Site

3.2.1. To place information on the Site, the Customer transfers information to the Contractor using one of the following methods:

3.2.1.1. Sending such information to the Contractor's email address info@jimeds.ng.

3.2.1.2. The method of transmitting such information on electronic media.

3.2.1.3. The method of permission to copy such information from the Customer website.

3.2.1.4. By entering such information through the Personal Account of the Customer.

3.2.1.5. By providing the Contractor with access to any other electronic resource of the Customer. At the same time, the Customer’s choice of any of the methods for transmitting information does not require the approval by the Parties of any additional documents for such information transmission and receipt.

3.2.2. The Contractor has the right to make changes to the content and appearance of information about the Customer posted on the Site in order to update it, as well as to create literary and aesthetic appeal of the presentation of information on the Site.

3.2.3. The Contractor is not responsible for the late submission of information by the Customer. All information previously received from the Customer by the Contractor is considered relevant until the receipt of updated information by the Contractor.

3.2.4. The Customer undertakes to independently monitor the relevance of its schedule and its specialists. If an appointment with a specialist is not possible, independently indicate the status of a specialist “not active” in the Customer Personal Account.

3.3. The Customer has the right:

3.3.1. To change the password himself without notifying the Contractor.

3.3.2. An unlimited number of Customer representatives can use the Site. Each of the Customer representatives must be registered as a user, after registering a representative, the Customer submits an application to the Contractor to open access to the Customer Personal Account for the representative. Only the Contractor has the right to create and delete the accounting information of representatives at the request of the Customer.

3.4. The Customer undertakes:

3.4.1. To promptly inform the Contractor of any changes in the information about the Customer, his services and the conditions for their provision.

3.4.2. To provide reliable data on the cost of their services. In the event of the discovery of incorrect data, the Administration has the right to block the Customer account on the Site and suspend User records for this Customer.

3.4.3. The Customer is prohibited from creating multiple accounts for one Customer. If duplicates are found, such accounts will be deleted.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONTRACTOR

4.1. The Contractor has the right:

4.1.1. To check information about the Customer both at the request of the Users, and on his own initiative in order to update information on the Site.

4.1.2. To demand from the Customer a corresponding documentary confirmation of the veracity of the information entered into the Personal Account of the Customer in each case of changing this information. The procedure for providing and the list of required documents are indicated in the relevant address of the Contractor to the Customer. The Contractor has the right to refuse the Customer to use the Site and provide Services in case of failure to deliver the necessary documents in the indicated order, and also, if the submitted documents contain data that does not confirm the data entered by the Customer.

4.1.3. If duplicate accounts of Customers are found, the Contractor has the right to delete one of these accounts.

4.1.4. To change the structure of the site at his own discretion.

4.1.5. To receive confirmation from the Clients about the fact of the reception or the reasons for its cancellation, as well as receipt of testimonial from the Client about the Customer and its specialists and the publication of the Client testimonial on the Site on behalf of the Client.

4.1.6. To process the personal data of the Users by any means, namely, to include them in the databases, to transfer to other third parties for the purpose of organizing, sending information of advertising and/or non-advertising nature, and/or any other purposes that do not contradict the legislation of Nigeria.

4.1.7. To execute marketing events, including by sending the User information on the Customer Services, special offers, bonus programs, etc. via email.

4.1.8. To involve any third parties in the provision of Services in accordance with this Agreement, while retaining full responsibility to the Users for the Services provided through the jimeds.ng Service.

4.2. The Contractor undertakes:

4.2.1. To provide the Customer with the ability to register as a user on the Site.

4.2.2. Do not disclose to third parties the account information of the Customer.

FINAL TERMS

5.1. The Administration has the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time by publishing new information on the Site.

5.2. This Agreement is valid for the entire period of use of the Site by the User.
